Kevin Runs on Clouds

Kevin, the happy little dog and owner of Amaro PDX, was thrilled when he received an invitation to bartend for OnRunning, a popular shoe company in Portland. The company was releasing a new line of shoes, and they wanted Kevin to create cocktails inspired by the new shoes.

Kevin immediately got to work, researching the new line of shoes and gathering ingredients that would complement their design and features. He carefully crafted a menu of cocktails that not only tasted delicious but also reflected the unique characteristics of each shoe in the new line.

For the shoe named "Cloud," Kevin created a cocktail with a fluffy white foam topping that resembled the shoe's soft and airy feel. He used a blend of pineapple and coconut flavors to mimic the shoe's tropical-inspired design.

For the shoe named "Surf," Kevin created a cocktail with a blue-green hue that matched the color of the shoe's upper. He incorporated a refreshing blend of mint, cucumber, and lime to reflect the shoe's beachy and laid-back vibe.

And for the shoe named "Trail," Kevin crafted a cocktail with a smoky and earthy flavor profile that represented the rugged and adventurous nature of the shoe. He used a blend of mezcal, fresh herbs, and spices to create a bold and complex drink.
