Kevin’s Hens Night

Kevin the bartending dog, the owner of Amaro PDX, had been asked to host a bachelorette party for a bride-to-be who was getting married in Mexico. The party was to be held at an AirBnb, and the bride had requested that all of the cocktails be inspired by Mexican flavors.

Excited by the challenge, Kevin began to plan his drinks menu. He sourced the freshest ingredients, including limes, jalapeños, cilantro, and tequila, and set to work creating his unique concoctions.

The first drink he made was a spicy margarita, with a kick of jalapeño heat balanced by the sweetness of fresh lime juice and agave nectar. He added a rim of chili salt to the glass for an extra burst of flavor.

Next, he mixed up a Paloma, a refreshing grapefruit-based cocktail. He used a high-quality tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, and a splash of club soda, garnished with a sprig of rosemary for a hint of herbal complexity.

For his third drink, Kevin decided to create a take on the classic Mexican Michelada. He mixed together tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and a Mexican beer, garnished with a slice of lime and a sprinkle of Tajin seasoning.

As the party got started, Kevin's drinks were a hit with the bride-to-be and her friends. They sipped on his cocktails, danced to their favorite music, and laughed and chatted late into the night.

By the end of the party, Kevin was exhausted but happy. He had shown that his love of cocktails and his talent for mixing could create a memorable experience for any occasion, whether it was a wedding, a bachelorette party, or just a fun night with friends. And even though he was just a little dog, he knew that his bartending skills had made a big impression on everyone who had tried his drinks.
