Although pricing can vary dramatically depending on quite a lot of variables - we know it's nice to have an idea of the cost without sending a bunch of emails. Most full service events on average fall around $32-36 per guest. This is a very general estimate that allocates a variety of beer and wine options, plus two handcrafted signature cocktails and no-proof selections.
Typically Amaro quotes a price based on a per guest basis. This quote covers everything for a complete, end-to-end bar program - no surprise charges. Including:
up to two bartenders
beverages, mixers & garnishes
setup > bar service > cleanup
complimentary cocktail tasting party
coolers / ice / bar tools & accessories
Keep in mind that every event is unique, and cost can be altered by many factors. And of course – we know all of the tips and tricks to keep those costs under control.
Amaro PDX does not provide a physical bar space or glassware.
Special arrangements can be made if you’d like us to provide either.
Providing your own beverages?
Amaro is happy to provide licensed and professional bartenders to serve your guests for $150 per hour of service.
This includes:
1 bartender
coolers/ice/bar tools
setup/service/cleanup
1 hour of consultation
Setup and cleanup is always free!
Optional factors that may lead to an increase in the quote include:
additional signature cocktails / additional bartenders / multiple bar locations / table service / extra special, high-end wines and spirits / travel outside the Portland area
Factors that may lead to a decrease in the quote may include:
client providing beer, wine or spirits / hosting a large event / fewer menu options
On occasion, Amaro PDX can provide price quotes as a flat fee rather than a per guest framework.
Amaro has a minimum fee of $2000 for full service weddings and large events
