Kevin Learns Flamenco

Kevin the little dog was excited to be hired by a local dance school to provide cocktails for their upcoming Flamenco dancing showcase. The event was to be held in a beautiful venue in downtown Portland, and Kevin knew that he had to create something special to match the elegance of the occasion.

To prepare for the event, Kevin researched Spanish cocktails and ingredients. He experimented with different combinations of flavors and spirits, trying to create the perfect drink for the occasion. He wanted something that would be refreshing and light, yet complex and interesting, to match the intricacy of the Flamenco dancing.

Finally, after many trials, Kevin created two Spanish-inspired cocktails that he felt perfectly captured the spirit of the event. The first was a refreshing Sangria, made with Spanish red wine, brandy, fresh fruit, and a hint of cinnamon. It was sweet, tangy, and just a little bit spicy, the perfect drink to sip while watching the dancers twirl and stomp across the stage.

The second drink was a bit more adventurous, but just as delicious. It was a twist on the classic Gin and Tonic, made with a special Spanish gin that Kevin had discovered, and topped with a splash of homemade lavender syrup and a sprig of fresh thyme. The result was a sophisticated, herbaceous cocktail that perfectly complemented the bold, passionate movements of the Flamenco dancers.

At the event, the cocktails were a huge hit, and Kevin was thrilled to see the dancers and audience enjoying his creations. He felt proud to be a part of such a beautiful event, and even got to enjoy a bit of the Flamenco dancing himself. As the night drew to a close, Kevin packed up his mobile bar, feeling grateful for the opportunity to share his love of cocktails and community with others.
