Kevin the Foodie

Kevin the little dog bartender was a true foodie at heart. When he wasn't busy catering events with his wedding drink catering business, Amaro PDX, he loved exploring the local restaurant scene in Portland.

One of his absolute favorite spots was Gado Gado, a restaurant that served Indonesian cuisine. Kevin loved the bold flavors and spices in the food, and would often go with his owner to try out new dishes.

Another place that Kevin loved was Jamaican Homestyle on Killingsworth. The jerk chicken and rice and peas were among his favorite dishes, and he would often recommend the restaurant to his friends.

But perhaps his most cherished hidden gem was a small izakaya tucked away in Beaverton. It was a very closely guarded secret that Kevin only shared with those who asked. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and served delicious Japanese comfort food. Kevin loved their selection of sake and would always make sure to try something new when he visited.

Thanks to his love of food and drink, and his commitment to supporting other small businesses, Kevin had become a beloved member of the Portland food scene. And he was always excited to discover new places and share his recommendations with others.
