Kevin, the happy little dog bartender, has always had a deep love for Amaro. His favorite cocktail is an Amaro Sour, and he even named his mobile bartending company Amaro PDX. So, when he had the chance to travel to Italy and learn more about the history and production of Amaro, he couldn't pass it up.
Kevin packed his bags, wagged goodbye to his bartending team, and hopped on a plane to Italy. Once he landed, he wasted no time in exploring the local bars and distilleries that specialize in making Amaro.
He spent hours chatting with the locals and learning about the different herbs and spices that are used in each recipe. He even had the chance to sample some of the rarest and most sought-after Amaro liqueurs in the world.
Kevin's favorite part of his trip was visiting the small family-run distilleries, where he learned about the traditional methods used to make Amaro. He watched in amazement as the distillers carefully measured out each ingredient and blended them together to create the perfect balance of flavors.
By the end of his trip, Kevin had amassed a wealth of knowledge about Amaro and its rich history. He couldn't wait to bring this newfound knowledge back to his bartending business, Amaro PDX, and incorporate it into his cocktail creations.
When Kevin returned home, he was greeted with open arms by his bartending team. He eagerly shared his experiences in Italy and showed them all the amazing Amaro he had brought back with him.
